I reported a safety issue on a Qantas flight and the customer service manager threatened to have me arrested

I boarded Qantas flight 653 on Sunday 20 December 2009 to fly to Perth from Melbourne. The flight proceeded normally. The captain spoke on the PA at the usual time to announce the impending descent into Perth.
