Shop Ramen began as a pop-up at Storm in a Teacup earlier this year, and it is now located next to Bebida in the space of a former lunch bar. On a rainy day last week I encouraged my boss (an enthusiastic amateur hand model) to come out for lunch. I can’t comment on the issue of whether the ramen is authentic or not, and I don’t really care it it matters. The food is really tasty and hot soup on a cold day is utterly revitalising. Shop Ramen is cute and you can watch the staff making the noodles at the centre bench while you eat.
