This is a very clear and simple statement: I will NOT vote for any candidate in my electorate in the forthcoming federal election whose party leader refuses to meet the Dalai Lama on his current visit to Australia.

I don’t care if John Howard meets him or not. There’s nothing that weasel can do to get my vote now. As for Kevin Rudd, anything he does won’t be sufficient at this election. I’m giving my vote to the only party that I’m aware has supported the human rights of David Hicks, namely (Bob Brown’s) Greens.
